All Sales are Final: No Returns/Refunds

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

All 3D printed items are made to Order requiring 5 days to print; to paint; paint to cure before shipping.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

     If we are unable to ship within 30 days, We will promptly tell the customer by mail, telephone, or email, give a new shipping estimate, and/or give the customer a chance to cancel their order and receive a full refund.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

 simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping to all States in the lower 48. 

Shipping: We ship via USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL for small items, and priority mail for larger items.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@hegearl.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

No Refunds, returns, or exchanges:

Please note: We package our items carefully so they are received in the condition stated in the listing using bubble wrap, tape, air pillows, packing peanuts, sturdy cardboard boxes, etc., doing our best to package to prevent damage. 

Customized products are typically not returnable and each item is priced to be affordable.

  However, please understand that we are not responsible for how the package is handled once we leave it with the shipping company. 

  If you want insurance we will gladly add it to your total and if damage occurs you can file a claim with the shipping company.
